Elaboration of practice of sulfuric acid breakdown of bertrandite-phenakite-fluorite flotoconcentrate

Description
Experimental investigation into possibility for the immediate sulfur acid breakdown of bertrandite-phenakite-fluorite concentrate of the Eramkovskij deposit using its probes taking from 23 different lots of the concentrate at a period from 1997 to 2004 was conducted. Performed practice of sulphating of mechanically activated concentrate allows increasing of beryllium yield from raw material to Be(OH)2 approximately from 95 to 96.5%, decreasing of volumes of ecologically dangerous wastes

Выполнено экспериментальное исследование возможности непосредственного сернокислотного вскрытия бертрандит-фенакит-флюоритового концентрата Ермаковского месторождения с использованием его проб, отобранных от 23 различных партий концентрата в период с 1997 по 2004 гг. Представленная технология сульфатизации механоактивированного концентрата позволяет повысить выход бериллия из сырья в Be(OH)2 приблизительно с 95 до 96.5%, уменьшить объемы экологически вредных отходовAdditional details
