Influence of semiconductor-metal phase transition of hydrate coating of vanadium dioxide films

Description
Semiconductor-metal phase transition effect on hydration and dehydration processes in polycrystalline films of vanadium dioxide is investigated by electrophysical and mass-spectrometry methods. An increase of desorption ability as well as acceleration of adsorption-desorption processes are detected in the temperature region corresponding to phase transition, and in the metal phase of vanadium dioxide
