On peculiar velocities of H1 clouds

Description
A mechanism of ''viscous heating'' of gaseous system alongwith the commonly accepted mechanism of H1 clouds peculiar velocity support by Supernovae explosions is shown to be operative in the galaxies. This mechanism is typical for differentially rotating systems
