Superhyperfine interaction in (Cu(NH3)4)2+ ion complex
- 1. Osaka Univ., Toyonaka (Japan). Dept. of Physics
Description
Study of superhyperfine interaction in (Cu(NH3)4)2+ ion complex was done by using the ESR-data-accumulation system. The main purposes of this study are to ascertain the existence of magnetic electrons on nitrogen atoms and to find a reasonable explanation of two-dimensional magnetic properties of CTS (copper tetra-amine sulfate, Cu(NH3)4SO4H2O). The experiment was done by doping (Cu(NH3)4)2+ in Pd(NH3)4Cl2H2O and the results show that about 14% of the unpaired electron spin are found on nitrogen atoms. (author)
