Description
Dynamic MRI was compared with the T2 weighted imaging for evaluation of the myometrial invasion by endometrial carcinoma. Fifty patients were included in this study. On the T2WI, accuracy of the depth of myometrial invasion was 74%, whereas 90% on the dynamic study. Accuracy on the dynamic study was not influenced by early phased enhancement pattern, visualization of JZ and menoposal state. (author)
