Description
A set of regulatory guides is described, elaborated in the USSR for nuclear power plant personnel recruitment and training. The documents are based on nuclear safety recommendations by the IAEA. They include all aspects of personnel training: terminology, categorization of personnel, requirements on qualification and health, staff organization, personnel recruitment, training and testing, etc. An overview of currently valid documents is given for all these fields.
