On 'irreversibility' of renormalization group flow in two-dimensional field theory

  • 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Inst. Teoreticheskoj Fiziki

Description

It is shown that in the two-dimensional renormalized field theory there exists c(g) function of g coupling constans monotonously reducing under the effect of renormalization group transformation and accepting constant values only in fixed where the c value coincides with the Virasoro algebra central charge of the corresponding conformal field theory
