Isomer-to-isomer beta decay of 180Hfm and the nucleosynthesis of 180Tam

Description
The direct beta-decay branch linking 180Hfm (t1/2=5.5 h) to 180Tam has been measured to be fβ=(0.29±0.05±0.06)%. The relevance of this decay for the nucleosynthesis of 180Tam is discussed
