Experimental basis of cytokines application on acute radiation illness

Description
Comparative analysis of the available experimental data obtained with the use of laboratory animals (dogs, rats, mice and others) and concerning the perspective of preparations for hemopoiesis repair in case of radiation syndrome is performed. Efficiency of recombinant cytokines in the radiation syndrome treatment is shown as well as synergism of the cytokines effect in vivo and in vitro, conditions of the above preparations application for therapy

Проведен сравнительный анализ имеющихся в литературе экспериментальных данных, полученных на лабораторных животных (мышах, хомяках, морских свинках, собаках, крысах) и касающихся перспективности препаратов, направленных на восстановление гемопоэза при острой лучевой болезни. Показаны эффективность рекомбинантных цитокинов в лечении лучевой болезни, синергизм действия цитокинов in vivo и in vitro, условия терапевтического применения указанных средствAdditional details
