Description
The coupling of the magnetoacoustic waves in a homogeneous plasma with a finite conductivity placed in a strong magnetic field with a particular structure was studied. The situation considered is characteristic of the upper atmosphere. These mutual transformations of the magnetic waves will be investigated using the method set forth by H.Poeverlein. The equations of the coupled magnetoacoustic waves are obtained. (Author) 5 Refs
