Investigation of the structural perfection of PbTe single crystals

Description
The present paper deals with studding of distribution of components in form of thin monocrystal wires along the axis of growtjh and in the planes as well as in monocrystals growth by method of zone sublimation. Measurements was carried out on Laser Microprobe Mass Analyzer (LAMMA 500, lateral resolution 1mcm ). The obtained results compare with experimental data for monocrystala wires. On superconducting transition is observed several steps. This indicated that in wires coexist region with superconducting properties and in normal state. Steps may be observed wthen the region with typical scale of impurity nonhomogenitys are compared with sample diameter
