Intracranial hypoglossal neurinoma

Description

A case of intracranial hypoglossal neurinoma is reported. The diagnostic importance of an enlarged hypoglossal canal with isolated hypoglossal nerve palsy is emphasized. The computed tomography and angiographic findings are described. (orig.)
