Description
The study of the (e,e'NN) and (γ,NN) reactions appears to be the most direct way to study short range two body correlations and three body forces in nuclei. Significant effects have already been found in the (e,e'p) and (γ,p) reactions, but the following questions remain open: What is the nature, and how can we study the effects, of the short range correlations in nuclei? What is the size and what are the effects of the three-nucleon forces? 30 refs.; 12 figs
