Radiochemical aspects of enzymology

Description

Investigations in the field of the use of radiochemical methods in enzymology are discussed: the study of the structure (amono acid sequence) of the active site of enzymes, the mechanism of the course of enzymatic reactions, the determination of the catalytic activity of enzymes. Highly sensitive radioenzyme and radioimmune methods, used in quantitative chemical analysis, as well as the use of enzymes for fine organic synthesis of labeled radioactive compounds, are described
