Low temperature calorimeters
Description
Properties of calorimetric detectors at low temperature are discussed. Thermometers, based on superconductors at critical temperature and superconducting tunnel junctions are considered as detectors of absorbed energy. Different mechanisms of detection are compared and limiting values of sensitivity are estimated
