Description
This paper reports on a β-ray detected NMR experiment investigating pure InP and InSb single crystals (ZnS structure) after irradiation with thermal neutrons. The in-beam experiments were performed at the Research Reactor Karlsruhe and at the High Flux Reactor Grenoble. (orig.)
