Description
The purpose of the given work is the establishment of a nature the recombination process at 150 K in irradiated by X-ray beams. The objects of research are the crystals of the monohydrate and waterless lithium sulfate doped by thallium ions. The thermoluminescence and thermally stimulated luminescence curves, the temperature dependence of absorption spectra for the irradiated crystal and spectra of recombination luminescence are measured. The analysis of these results has shown that recombination process at 150 K is connected to disintegration of the hole defects SO3-. (author)
