Summary of the current understanding of the secondary damage microstructure
Description
After a short characterization of the dynamic state of a crystalline material during irradiation we will address: (a) the void swelling phenomenon; (b) radiation-enhanced, diffusion-induced processes such as radiation-induced coarsening; and (c) radiation-induced processes such as radiation-induced second phases and the spatial redistribution of phases in multiphase alloys
