Description

In order to know the effect of neutron and α-particles irradiation on CdS cells, we did neutron and α-particles irradiation experiments on CdS cells. We had the degradation of the characteristics of CdS cells. And we discussed their mechanisms. Subsequently we are planning to more highly irradiate them, to do their measurements, and to have some fundamental experiments for them. (author)
