Description
According to the scene of accident of these nuclear radiations, the characteristic of data transmission be summarized, then analyzed the communication network and protocol which should be chosen by the monitor terminal. It also provides part of the hardware and software design of the data transmission of the monitor terminal. As a result, real-time and accurate connections have been achieved between a nuclear accident site and command center to monitor, which ensures the smooth progress of emergency rescue work. (authors)
