Intercrystalline adsorption in solid In-Na solutions

Description
A study is made into the influence of isochronous (3 h) annealings on specific resistance at liquid nitrogen temperature ρ77 and mean grain size in diluted polycrystalline solid solutions of In-Na. Measurement results are analyzed within the framework of concepts of intercrystalline internal adsorption (IIA). Interaction energies for impurity atoms and grain boundaries are estimated along with an IIA zone thickness in In-Na solid solutions

Изучено влияние изохронных (3 ч) отжигов на измеренное при температуре жидкого азота удельное электросопротивление ρ77 и средний размер зерен разбавленных поликристаллических твердых растворов In-Na. Результаты измерений анализируются в рамках представлений о межкристаллитной внутренней адсорбции (МВА).
