Phonoriton rearrangement of polariton dispersion curve for CdS
Description
In CdS semiconductors (T=5 K) in the range of low coefficients of exciton absorption in the presence of an intensive pumping light wave a decrease in the transmission coefficient at a frequency higher than the frequency of excitation wave by the value of an optical phonon is recorded experimentally. The detected change is evidently a consequnence of phonoriton rearrangement of the polariton dispersion curve under the effect of intensive excitation
