Preparation process of the superconductive phase Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10
Description
The present invention describes the fabrication process of a high-tc superconductive phase Ba2Sr2Ca3Cu10±δ (with delta < 1). The process is characterized by: - a fusion of the components elements mixture - a quenching of the fused mixture - a heat treatment oxidation between 800 and 8400C of the quenched product - an annealing above 8600C of the oxidized product. 3 refs
