In the lowest αs3 order perturbation theory of SUSY QCD the gluon bremsstrahlung in the scalar quark pair production is calculated. The factorization of the corresponding Born cross-sections and generalized 'infrared' factors is demonstrated. 13 refs.; 2 tabs
