Tracheobronchomegaly with concomitant cancer of the trachea and lung tuberculosis

A case of combination of tracheobronchomegaly with primary trachea cancer was described. Standard roentgenography of chest organs and tomography of mediastinum organs were conducted to the patient. For were accurate definition of tumor spread degree tracheobronchography with tantalum powder and contrast of esophagus with barium suspension were carried out to the patient. All performed investigations permitted to make of conclusion on combination of three pathological processes: tracheobronchomegaly, primary trahea cancer and infiltrative lung tuberculosis
