Description

The sensitivity of the experiments on neutrino-less double beta decay depends mainly on the internal background of a detector, which is determined by the purity of a material and the possibility of the selection of background events. The AMoRE (Advanced Mo-based Rare Process Experiment) Collaboration is going to use 40Ca100MoO4 scintillation crystals as a detector for the search for the decay of the 100Mo isotope. The internal background of 40Ca100MoO4 scintillation elements has been further analyzed on a low-background underground setup at the YangYang underground laboratory
