Anisotropy of magnetic properties of Sm0.55Sr0.45MnO3 single crystals

Description
One studied the anisotropy of the magnetic properties of Sm0.55Sr0.45MnO3 single crystals. One revealed the essential build up of the antiferromagnetic constituent at the H-vector external magnetic field orientation near the c-vector axis. The magnetization when the field is directed within the a-vectorb-vector plane shows up as the typical one for a ferromagnetic. The susceptibility anisotropy reaches 2.2 within weak fields and disappears practically at H>1 T

Исследована анизотропия магнитных свойств монокристаллов Sm0.55Sr0.45MnO3. Обнаружено заметное увеличение антиферромагнитной составляющей намагниченности при ориентации внешнего магнитного поля H-vector вблизи оси c-vector. Намагниченность при направлении поля в плоскости a-vectorb-vector выглядит типичной для ферромагнетика. Анизотропия восприимчивости достигает 2.2 в слабых полях и практически исчезает при H>1ТлAdditional details
