Description
This paper is part of the program started for the calculation of the thermodynamic parameters and phase diagram of the U-Pu-Zr ternary system. The calculation of phase diagram and thermodynamic properties of the Pu-u binary using Lukas program has been presented here. Very limited work is available on the thermodynamic properties of this system. Therefore the calculation of the excess Gibbs free coefficients is mainly based on phase diagram work.
