Description
Details of a revised dosimetric model for determining package contents limits for Type A packages under the IAEA Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Materials were published recently. That paper included a tabulation of package contents limits for radionuclides in special form and in other forms for which revised ICRP metabolic data were available at the time. Data on additional radionuclides are now available from the ICRP and package contents limits for those are tabulated in the same manner as used in the earlier publication. Data are also included for a few radionuclides not covered within the present regulations. (author)
