Description
One determined spectra of permittivity and characteristic volumetric losses of electrons of BiTeI ferroelectric-semiconductor within 0-12 eV range. Integral curves are broken down into 13 components. One derived their basic parameters. One correlated transverse and longitudinal components of bands of band-to-band transitions

Определены спектры диэлектрической проницаемости и объемных характеристических потерь электронов сегнетоэлектрика-полупроводника BiTeI в области 0-12 эВ. Интегральные кривые разложены на 13 элементарных компонент. Получены их основные параметры.
