Angiographic examinations after kidney transplantation

  • 1. Semmelweis Orvostudomanyi Egyetem, Budapest (Hungary)

Description

The experiences of 30 examinations are summarized. The radiological symptoms observed on the main arteries, on the interlobal arteries and in the parenchymal phase are detailed. It is concluded that in the early stage of rejection alterations of the arteries are of diagnostical importance where as in the parenchymal phase they are negligible or no changes can be observed at all. In case severe or chronic rejection pathological changes are seen both in the arterial and parenchymal phase of the nephrogram. (L.E.)
