Solid form for gas and liquid. A proposal for a follow-up of the GAVE-programme to stimulate the market development
Description
The aim of this report is to support the decision making of the Dutch ministries VROM (Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment) and EZ (Economic Affairs) with respect to a follow-up of the GAVE programme. The activities and the results of the GAVE programme so far are summarized, including the reactions of the ministries. Constraints and targets are discussed in detail and the framework of a programme to support the market development of climate-neutral gaseous and liquid energy carriers is outlined
