Automatic analytical separation of amino acids for determination of isotopic labelling
Description
A system is described in which individual amino acids from a protein hydrolysate can be collected in single, discrete fractions. Using this method the swift analysis of experiments involving multiple samples containing both 14C and 15N has been achieved. The system has some degree of automated control. (U.K.)
