Resonant tunneling in superconducting structures with s- and d-symmetry of the order parameters

Description
The processes of the resonant tunneling in the low-transparence superconducting of the electrode order parameter are studied. The resonant current general formula for the transitions of any dimensionality is derived. The analysis of the superconducting phase dependence is accomplished for the superconducting transitions with the order isotopic parameter. The numerical analysis of the current resonant transport in the transitions with the HTSC electrodes and d-symmetry of the order parameter is carried out in the two-dimensional case

Исследуются процессы резонансного туннелирования в сверхпроводящих переходах малой прозрачности с различной симметрией параметра порядка электродов. Выводится общая формула резонансного тока для переходов любой размерности. Для сверхпроводящих переходов с изотоптным параметром порядка проведен анализ фазовой зависимости сверхтока. В 2D случае выполнен численный анализ резонансного транспорта тока в переходах с ВTСП-электродами с d-симметрией параметра порядкаAdditional details
