Description

The product concentration design of centrifuge cascade is 3 ∼ 5%. For these the value below 3%, the efficiency is too low to produce. Therefore, this article study cascade double production in order to make it meet the product requirements with better efficiency and reduce the transfer work. This article starts form the group pipeline of centrifuge, material flow pipeline and the setting receipt system of 03 plants, analyzing the feasibility of cascade double production plan. By improving the calculation and optimization program of centrifuge cascade, it provides practical double production optimization plan. Meanwhile, it gives theory evidence to such a result that the control of double production can be realized by analyzing stream changes, the group parameters and Unit-linked. (author)
