Description

The obtention of polymorphous in pharmacology has been motivating several studies as it has been proved that polymorphous present different physical and chemical properties which usually alter the drugs' biological activity. This work describes the preparation and use of solid state Carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance for the characterization of different polymorphous of ampiciline. The methodology is presented. Results are presented
