About noninertial systems of counting

Description

It is shown that proceeding from the principle of the light velocity independence not only on the velocity but also on the acceleration of the emitting source, it would be natural to link the consideration of the accelerated systems of counting not with the metric structure of the space-time continuum A3.1, but with the unidimensional chain stratification A3.1-bar (the covering structure), formed over the affine space-time A3.1

Abstract (Russian)

Показано, что если исходить из принципа независимости скорости света не только от скорости, но и от ускорения источника, его испускающего, то рассмотрение ускоренных систем отсчета естественно будет связать не с метрической структурой пространственно-временного континуума А3.1, а с одновременным цепным расслоением А3.1-bar (накрывающей структурой), строящимся над аффинным пространством-временем А3.1
