Nucleon-nucleon scattering inelasticity and its contribution into photodisintegration of the deuteron

Description
The detailed investigation of the final-state interaction in the reaction of the deuteron photodisintegration is being performed. The amplitude of the nucleon-nucleon (NN) scattering constructed in the framework of the generalized N/D method is used for the final state interaction. The NN amplitude is obtained on the basis of the phase-shift-analysis data (NN phase shifts, NΔ phase shifts, inelasticity). The description of NN scattering is resented for all waves with large inelasticity at Tlab≤1 GeV. The relativistic approach results in a large contribution of the 1D2, 2P2, 3F3 waves into the total cross section in the region of the isobar production. 18 refs., 8 figs
