Creation of open universes from de Sitter space

  • 1. Princeton Univ., NJ (USA). Dept. of Astrophysical Sciences

Description

A new cosmological model is proposed which has an early event horizon and in which the universes should be filled with Hawking radiation. In this model negatively curved (k = -1) universes may be created naturally from a de Sitter false vacuum state. (U.K.)
