Stable isotope ratios of carbon and nitrogen (δ13C and δ15N) are very useful for analyzing trophic structures in the biosphere, because δ13C and δ15N are indices for food sources and trophic levels. We examined δ13C and δ15N in zooplankton and fish collected over the whole area of the Seto Inland Sea, Japan, in order to clarify trophic structure
