Energy distribution of photostimulated exoelectrons emitted by additively coloured KCl crystals
Description
It is asserted that the intensity of light stimulating the exoemission of electrons from additively coloured KCl crystals essentially influence the energy distribution of exoelectrons. The effect to intensity of light stimulating the emission on the maximal energy Esub(m) of emitted exoelectrons is probably associated with a shift of Fermi's quasi-level due to a change in concentration of free electrons in the conduction band. The relevance of the role of strong electric fields in the surface layer of emitter to the process of emission of exoelectrons is noticed. (author)
