Description
Experimental results for the energy loss of 260 to 450 keV/proton Hn+ (n ≤ 7) clusters in the dead layer of Au-Si surface barrier detector have been obtained. The energy loss ratio Rn = ΔEn/nΔE1 is larger than unity and increases with the increments of cluster size n and energy per proton in the energy range investigated
