Description
Intracranial and spinal haemangiopericytomas are uncommon, durally based tumours. They macroscopically resemble meningiomas but are distinct histologically, have a more aggressive natural history and require different management. We present a pictorial review illustrating the radiological manifestations of these tumours that will aid in their preoperative identification. (orig.)
