Electronic phase diagram of La2-xSrxCuO4 thin films from Mott insulator to n-type metal probed by hall effect measurements

Description
Electronic phase diagram of La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) is discussed with respect to normal state Hall coefficients, RH. We compare x dependence of RH of LSCO measured at very high-field with that taken for the films that do not show superconductivity due to tensile strain.
