Isobaric thermal model for hadron production
- 1. Universidade Federal, Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Brazil). Inst. de Fisica
Description
In this work we study the point in detail and propose the use of isobaric equation of state instead of iso-volumetric one. In our opinion, this framework seem to be more realistic for the description of the hadronic scenario in the final state of the collision since there is no predefined volume of the fireball. Our purpose is to calculate, within this thermal model, the ratios of particles abundances and compare them with most recent data from BNL (RHIC) experiment and also with the previous calculation.
