EPR and ENDOR study of Cr3+ ion charge compensation mechanisms in LiNbO3
- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kiev. Inst. Problem Materialovedeniya
Description
EPR and ENDOR methods were used to investigate a Cr3+ ion charge compensation mechanism in LiNbO3. It is shown that Cr3+ ion charges are compensated considerably with nonintrinsic defects of a lattice (with Al3+, Ce3+ or Fe3+ ions) which differs them cardinally from bivalent ions and Fe3+
