Thermoelectric quality factor of Bi2Te2.85Se0.15 monocrystals alloyed by copper

Description
The thermoelectric quality factor (TQF) of Bi2Te2.85Se0.15 monocrystals doped with copper by the method of autoelectrochemical doping is investigated. Time stability of obtained sample properties is studied. It is shown that the mo-properties nocrystal doping with copper leads to increasing the mean value of TQF by 10% for the 80-320 K range. It is shown two that the aging during 2.5 years does not cause substantial variation of sample characteristics
