Influence of thermomagnetic treatment on magnetoelastic properties of Fe40Ni40P14B6 and Fe40Ni40B20 amorphous alloys

Description
The study of temperature and amplitude dependences of internal friction and elastic modulus of amorphous alloys F40Ni40P14B6 and Fe40Ni40B20 has been carried out. It is established, that the mechanism of magnetomechanical hysteresis, related to irreversible shifts of 90 degree boundaries of domains, is the major mechanism, determining magnetomechanical damping and ΔE-effect at the frequencies of kilohertz range. The effect of thermomagnetic treatments on the value of magnetoelastic effects is studied. It is shown, that in the alloy Fe40Ni40P14B6 thermomagnetic treatment intensifies magnetoelastic phenomena, and in the alloy Fe40Ni40B20-weakens them
