Magnetic X-ray diffraction on Tb0.5Dy0.5Cu2
Description
We present a magnetic X-ray diffraction study on Tb0.5Dy0.5Cu2. The Dy and Tb L3 resonances were used to separate the magnetic signal of the two species. They differ in the variation of the magnetic propagation vector and intensity as a function of temperature. Finally, they exhibit different lock-in temperatures to the commensurate low-temperature magnetic phase. For the interpretation, a non-collinear magnetic moment configuration and the formation of magnetic clusters will be considered
