One of the construction permit conditions of AP1000 nuclear power self-reliance program supporting projects is that the licensee should execute the COL action items & ITAAC according to U.S. 10CFR52. This paper introduces the relevant regulations of 10CFR52, content and implementation control process of COL action items & ITAAC, and then analyzes the implementation practice of COL action items & ITAAC of Haiyang AP1000 project phase I.
